Before you write about an order

Have your order reference to hand. It is in the confirmation email you received when you paid, and quoting it turns a two-message exchange into one.

If your order has not arrived yet, check shipping first. Prints are made after you order, so the normal window is 3 to 13 business days rather than the next-day delivery a warehouse can offer.

What we can help with

Which size suits a particular wall. Whether a painting reads better in a classic or a box frame. Whether a piece can arrive before a date. Anything that has gone wrong with an order, which is covered by returns and refunds.

Choosing between two sizes is the question we are asked most and the one worth asking. A print is easy to order too small, and we would rather talk it through than remake it.

Commissions and originals

This shop sells prints. If you are asking about an original painting or a commission, say so in the subject line and we will point you the right way.

Wholesale, licensing and press

Same address. Tell us what you have in mind and roughly what scale, and you will get a straight answer about whether it is something we can do.
