Free shipping, every order.
There is no delivery charge and no minimum. What you see on the product page is what you pay at checkout.
How long it takes
Allow 3 to 13 business days from order to doorstep. Checkout shows you the same window before you pay.
That splits in two. Nothing is sitting on a shelf, so your print is made after you order it, in the size and frame you chose, and that takes two to seven business days. Then it travels, usually one to six days.
Business days means we do not count weekends or public holidays. Ordering on a Friday evening is the same as ordering on the Monday.
Printed near you
Your print is made at the press closest to your address, not shipped across the world from ours. An order to Germany is printed and framed in Europe, an order to Australia in Australia, an order to Texas in the United States.
That is why the delivery window above is as short as it is for framed glass, and it is the main reason we work the way we do.
Customs and duties
Because your print is made in your own region, orders inside the countries listed below are domestic deliveries. There is no import duty to pay on them.
Ireland is the one to know about: those orders are made in mainland Europe and cross an internal EU border, which carries no duty either.
Where we ship
6 countries today. If yours is not on this list, checkout will not let you choose it, which is deliberate: taking payment for an address we cannot deliver to helps nobody.
- United States United States
- United Kingdom and Ireland United Kingdom, Ireland
- Europe France, Germany
- Australia Australia
This list is short on purpose. It covers the places we can print locally and quote one honest price for. We would rather add a country properly than take an order we cannot deliver well. If you want to be told when yours opens up, write to [email protected] and say which country.
Buying for a date
If the print has to arrive by a birthday or a move, order at least three weeks ahead. The window above is honest rather than optimistic, and most orders beat it, but a made-to-order piece cannot be rushed once it is in production.
Ordering closer than that and worried? Email [email protected] before you order and we will tell you straight whether it can land in time.
Several prints, one address
Order more than one and they may arrive separately. Each is made individually, and different sizes are not always made at the same press, so we send each as it is ready rather than holding the first until the last catches up.
If it arrives damaged
Framed pieces travel behind an acrylic glaze rather than glass, which survives a courier far better. If yours still arrives damaged, we remake it. Nothing has to be posted back. See returns and refunds.
